We measure things for a living. This is the lead-bill door.

Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local businesses. The conviction behind this door came from attribution work for a specialty practice: tracing thirteen months of inquiries source by source, the verdicts everyone held about lead quality kept dissolving under timestamps. "Bad" sources were sources whose leads arrived at unstaffed hours; "flaky" leads were leads that waited; and a third of even staff-entered inquiries silently lost their follow-up. Response, not source, kept deciding.

Lead buyers live that confusion with an invoice attached — paying per lead while the response side goes unmeasured, then blaming the only party who sends a bill. This door exists to put timestamps under that argument.
